Charlotte’s second birthday isn’t until the end of the month, but we decided to have a mini-celebration on the Fourth, since my sister’s family will be on vacation at that time. The Rest of Our Lives. July 14, 2009. Owen and Charlotte look so happy together, don’t they? Owen gives chase and usually ends up knocking her over. Crying ensues. Then on to round 37. So, when they play nicely together, it’s such a relief, a joy. The other day, when Owen was in the bathroom, Charlotte got hold of the maraca he made at camp. It’s basically just a toilet roll filled with beans, sealed with foil and rubber bands, and then decorated. This is a favorite possesion! July 15, 2009 at 1:29 pm.

I didn’t think that it would ever happen especially since Jim got HIT with it – poor guy! This week is Winter Break so Jim is home with the kiddos all week! I am trying to work Wed/Thurs/Fri of this week (I had a fairly simple outpatient procedure done yesterday and it went well but MAN oh MAN it was not fun) and so far so good.
