This, among many other things on my "want to do list", generally gets kicked to the curb due to my "need to do list". Thursday, August 28, 2008. Defense, Defense, Defense. Ryan had his first basketball game a few Saturdays back. This was his first attempt at playing the game. Here is a video of that first game. Ryan is lucky number NINE on the black team which they named WILDCATS (for HSM not UofA thank goodness). He did a great job at keeping his hands up when playing defense. Way to Go Ryan! Friday, January 9, 2009. Microchip, Friend or Foe? I ask my self this question everyday now. On one hand I feel blessed that Matt still has a job, especially when so many Americans do not. This makes them our FRIEND. They also provide us with decent health insurance which makes Microchip FRIENDLIER than most companies. However I am becoming convinced that Microchip will not rest with their income cuts until we are financially ruined. We will have to wait and see what they do next. Ask me in December.

Thursday, January 8, 2009. Well, I was wrong because while my mom was watching her today she went again. My little potty champion came up to my mom pulling on her diaper and then lead her to the bathroom, sat d0 wn. And went. I was shocked when my mother told me what she had done. My princess then did it again later today, for me after her nap. I find myself having a mixture of emotions pertaining to this big event. Excitement. What a good girl!
