Thursday, July 23, 2009. Who: Gordon and John Wright. John's second roll lesson. He totally rocked it! I've never seen anyone get their roll so quickly. He only missed a few- probably had about 10 good rolls in. John's roll is definitely a C-to-C Roll, although he tends to skip home base and go right to position 2, but somehow it works! Now we just have to get him out on the river! Who: Gordon, Jillian, and John Wright. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Put in: Barker Bridge. Take Out: Sullivan Park.

Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Monday, July 19th. Wow Wow. Wow. It's been a loooooong time since we've been on the river. What happened? Well, we got into biking. Some of our favorite boaters left town. We got lazy? In any case, it felt sooooo good to be back on the river! Sunshine, warm water, no swims, a fun group! We are going to try to keep a standing monday night paddle going the rest of the summer (river willing). Jilian, Gordon, Megan, Kent, Bettie Ann. Upper Spokane River, 2200 cfs. Monday, July 26th.

Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Curtis, Gordon, Meagan, Drew. 6500cfs, Mini Climax looked awesome. Meagan forgot her helmet and Drew ran the stretch without one. Curtis refused to roll. Meagan swam at the take out and gave me the glare of death when I teased her about it. Later we had drinks at her new place. Mike Wooten, Zack, Sean, Gordon and someone else. Lower Spokane from the Frolf course to Pleese. Unsuccessful in finding Leahs paddle. 65000 cfs, the hole prior to the Bowl and Pitcher was a bit retentive.
