It's really such an easy recipe I'm not sure why it took me so long, however, I got to it today. It's a great sweetener-free recipe - no sugar, no honey, no sweetened condensed milk. It uses partially reconstituted dried apricots for sweetness and for binding. The original recipe is from Good Taste magazine.
