This is how we do it: Eugene
http://ronnieandjodeechapman.blogspot.com/2015/06/hello-anybody-there-not.html
Friday, June 05, 2015. Probably not. Seeing as I am nearly a year behind with this thing. Ugh. I refuse to give up. However, I do concede to just throwing pictures up and scraping the back of my memory for the slightest recollection of interesting events that occurred. So, here is what we did in Oregon. It really was the best way to grow up. We dropped Madison off for camp with my sister and headed home to Seattle, only to return again two weeks later to watch Madison's show and Ronnie's Eugene Marathon.

Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Last days of school 2014. Grace wrapped up her first year of preschool at Sammamish Learning Center. Man we love this school. Miss Trish and Miss Laura were fantastic and Grace had the best time learning and growing in their classroom. One last lineup to go out and play. It was fun to get a little peek into her day and see all of her routines at school. The last day he gathered with his posse at the park to enjoy the sunshine and celebrate! Last day of carpool! But we all had f...

This is how we do it: Halloween 2014
http://ronnieandjodeechapman.blogspot.com/2015/08/halloween-2014.html
Monday, August 03, 2015. So Halloween 2014 wasn't our typical pumpkin patch going, costume dressing, creepy food making holiday. Because this year we would be in NEW ZEALAND for Halloween! And it was AMAZING! Hopefully I will get to those posts before Halloween rolls around again this year! But for now, here is our attempt at squeezing some halloween festivities in before we jetted off to the other side of the world. Lauren Grace = preschool BFFs. Thats my least favorite part! Cute picture of Wilson, too.

This is how we do it: July 2014

Wednesday, July 09, 2014. Before they left we took the boys out of school and surprised them with a trip to iFly. It was a blast! It was a hard few weeks leading up to their move. Bex cried just about every night. He wanted so badly to move right along with them. We had a lot of "lasts" that were hard. Last walk up the hill from school, last carpool home, last play date etc. But we put on our big girl (or boy) panties and gave them lots of hugs and teary goodbyes and sent them on their way.

Sunday, December 07, 2014. Paris Marathon 2014 and a romantic au revoir. This trip reveals so much about my husband. We all know he is romantic- Paris for our 15th anniversary pretty much takes the cake. He is also ambitious- packing in way more fun to a trip than any normal human could ever wish for. He also loves to be efficient- killing three birds with one stone-celebrate anniversary, visit good friends abroad, run a marathon. Sure, why not? And that is just what he did. The Paris Marathon is HUGE!

This is how we do it: Community service
http://ronnieandjodeechapman.blogspot.com/2015/07/community-service.html
Friday, July 31, 2015. For Madison's Humanities class she had to complete some community service hours in and outside of school. Madison choose to help her 5th grade teacher with various tutoring and clerical needs, help her old dance teacher wrangle little ones at some camps, and walk Donkeys. Yep, she walked miniature donkeys! Princess and Ready to Rumble. How cute is that? I want in on that kind of community service! How cool is that? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ward emerg. prep.

This is how we do it: January 2015

Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Hand made bunny ears that nearly turned into a full blown business, ham dinner, colored eggs with hunts to follow, baskets full of treats and a special day to remember the resurrection of our Savior. Its always a wonderful day and I am always left feeling humbled and blessed. Bex decided to make bunny ears for everyone. He thought long and hard about marketing and selling them as a side job. You know, to supplement his other one? Sunday, January 25, 2015. Grace selected her m...

This is how we do it: The Force
http://ronnieandjodeechapman.blogspot.com/2015/07/season-of-rec-soccer-for-bex.html
Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Last season of Rec soccer for Bex. It was definately bitter sweet. Ronnie has enjoyed coaching both Madison and Beckham's soccer teams. It was about this age that Madison decided soccer just wasn't for her and now Bex has decided soccer is totally for him and he is going bigtime ;) Grace is signed up for next year so Ronnie doesn't have to wait too long to coach one of our kids again. The FORCE was strong with these boys. Especially when it poured rain! Ward emerg. prep.

Tuesday, September 02, 2014. Taking the train from London to Paris was convenient and very quick. Ronnie and I have a ranking of public transportation and which cities we like the most. The Eurostar has to be near the top. It was a quick two and a half hours, through the Chunnel and into Paris France. Had to take a selfie in the hall of mirrors. The gardens are an adventure in themselves. They cover like 800 hectares of land and and are pristinely landscaped in the classic french garden style. Yo...We ha...
