Plum Cobbler and People I Love. Luckily we were able to wash off the berries and still achieve a great tasting cobbler. So much has changed since then, including our kitchen skills, and it is such a privilege to watch her be a wonderful mother to two of the sweetest kids. I had to include some photos of them because they are so stinkin cute. From Food and Wine. 4 lbs plums, in wedges. 2 tbsp ground ginger. 1 tbsp baking powder. 228g butter, cold and cubed. 6 oz cold milk. Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour.

Sur La Table Cooking Class: Dinner in Paris! For Christmas I purchased a cooking class from Sur La Table for my best friend Daphne who recently gave birth to the most precious little boy named Paxton. I knew I wanted her gift to be something special that she would love. Sur Lab Table was hosting a "Girls Night Out" french themed cooking class, which was perfect considering her love of all things french, and I could enjoy some time with her! I can honestly say it was well worth what was spent!
