Royal recipes from a tiny kitchen in tel aviv. Saturday, January 8, 2011. We made this quick Asian-American shrimp salad with some cold shrimps left from the night before. It's a great appetizer for a weekend brunch. 1 cup boiled, peeled and cooled medium size shrimp. 1/2 cup coarsely chopped corriander. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 3-4 tbs chopped dates. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped. 2 tbs olive oil. 1 tsp dijon mustard (or any very good quality mustard). 1 tsp balsamic vinegar. Royal recipes from a tiny kitchen in tel aviv. Thursday, September 23, 2010. This is a no hassle omelet recipe, perfect for a Saturday brunch. The combination of honey and pine nuts is delicate and surprising. Ingredients: (makes four omelets). 3 tbsp pine nuts. 1 tsb chopped parsley. First toast the pine nuts in the oven for about ten minutes at 200C, until they turn a golden brown. In a bowl, gently mix the eggs with the milk. (Don't whip it or the omelet will turn too airy).
