And not being consistent or ramping up so many miles in such a short time. Yeeeeeah, not the best of ideas. But it is what it is, and I rested it, iced it, kept it elevated as best as I could and planned what I was going to do while it was healing. Week 7 (March 31- April 6):. Running- Monday 0.80 miles*. Cross training- none :(. Walking- 1.39 miles.
