Wednesday, October 22, 2008. Today was my 8 week OB appointment! Mike, Ashlyn and I all went together. We got to go take a sneak peek at the baby. Keana did the ultrasound with Dr. White there. It always makes it seem so much more real to see something in there. The heart rate was 175 and everything looked great! Life is a Journey.

Mike was on call yesterday so he came home and slept in the morning. Ashlyn, Carter and I went to Ryker's 1st birthday party. Ashlyn loves playing with Ryker. Crumbs on My Kitchen Floor. Friday, December 18, 2009. Getting Ready For Christmas. Ok, so this is not the best picture of the kids with Santa but at least they weren't crying. It was nice of a neighborhood group to host this free visit-with-Santa event. They had this oversized Nativity scene set up that Brendan became fascinated with. He had quite the animated, though one-sided, conversation with one of the wise men. Brendan looked very handsome as well, but could not be persuaded to smile for the camera.
