Wanted to give it a try and it turned out delicious(with slight changes)! 7 oz apricot jam and 6 oz mixed fruit jam(kissan). 1 3/4 th cup all purpose flour. 1 cup golden brown sugar. 1 TSP cinnamon powder. 3/4th TSP baking soda. 1 1/2 cups quick oats. 1 cup (4 oz) chopped walnuts. 12 TBSP unsalted melted butter. 4 TBSP canola oil. 1 large egg and 1 TSP vanilla extract. Store in air tight containers for 3 to 5 days.
