Monday, February 25, 2008. I should mention Rainy Woods. Briefly while I'm on this train of thought. I saw it on the same demo disc as Heavy Rain, and I originally assumed it to be a title of similar ilk. As it turns out, Rainy Woods is more of a survival horror title, but the dark atmospheric mood seems to be shared between the two. I will write more about this game as information is released. Monday, July 21, 2008. Soul Calibur 4 - Critical Finishers. I was just browsing Youtube. For Soul Calibur 4 videos and. I happened to come across a compilation video of all of the critical finishing moves included in the game. I suspect this was as a result of popular demand, but in a way, it ruins the surprise of seeing the moves 'live'. Ie Crossing into another world. Or maybe I'm reading into it too much! It looks good and adds another dimension to the gameplay. Posted by qmchaz64 @ 6:41 pm. Posted by...

Sunday, September 21, 2008. Indeed, very similar to the premise of Dead Space. It shows that success is not all down to originality, and Dead Space knows this, apparently full to the brim of movie references. What is equally or even more important than originality, is spotting a trend and then sticking to a formula. If it works, why change it? It's almost mathematical in nature.
