These are some things. Bikepacking Day 1 – Hampshire & Berkshire. June 1, 2016. In reality of course, this did involve quite a bit of preparation including buying a new bike so it wasn’t really that simple, but still I’ve got a new bike in the shed which is always good. Bike loaded and ready to go. View Bird’s Eye. Just me and a buzzard. I got up to Pilot Hill and after asking a passing dog walker I found the trig point in the middle of a field. The highest thing in Hampshire. No headroom but a great view.
