RULADĂ DE SPANAC CU SOMON AFUMAT ȘI CREMĂ DE BRÂNZĂ. 400 grame spanac fiert și tocat mărunt. 200 grame cașcaval ras. 200 grame cremă de brânză. 200 grame somon afumat. Sare și piper după gust. Spanacul (fiert și tăiat mărunt) rece se stoarce foarte bine astfel încât să nu mai rămână deloc apă în el. Se amestecă apoi cu ouăle (bătute înainte cu sare și piper după gust). Se dă la rece pentru câteva ore sau peste noapte. Se taie felii groase de un deget. MÂNCĂRICĂ DE MAZĂRE CU PIEPT DE PUI.

TORT DIPLOMAT CU INIMIOARE. 2 kiwi mai mari. 500 ml frișca lichidă. O conservă ananas (cu tot cu suc). Fructele se taie cubulețe potrivit de mici. Se bate frișca lichidă până când devine spumă tare. Se adaugă jumătate din cremă și se amestecă. Se toarnă și restul de cremă și se amestecă din nou. TORT CU GOGOȘELE DE VANILIE ȘI VIȘINE, INVELIT ÎN FULGI DE MIGDALE.
