The final day of our Roy Bridge trip, I’d scheduled to do the two Munro Tops of Aonach Mor which live on a little side ridge. Following my fall I’ve had a bit of an extended rehab period:. 1 week on crutches barely leaving the flat. 2 weeks of hobbling around. 2 weeks of having a weak knee.
