RESHMA SHAH, M.D. Fun & Practical. March 8, 2016. This quick and easy slaw makes a great side to round out a meal. I served it this past Sunday along side aloo gobi, a spicy, lemony dal and Basmati rice. But, it would also be great on top of a veggie burger or as a crunchy side to your favorite wrap or sandwich. I liked this version equally and loved the punch of color. 1 teaspoon of oil. 1 teaspoon of black mustard seeds. Small pinch of asafoetida. 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.

RESHMA SHAH, M.D. Fun & Practical. Are Vegan Diets Safe For Kids? July 12, 2016. I’ve gotten a lot questions around this topic over the years. The short answer is an absolute YES! The standard American diet, in my opinion, is NOT an optimal way of eating. Getting more plant-based foods into our diets is not only safe and doable, but also health promoting. Ps here’s the link. To the position statement on vegetarian and vegan diets mentioned in the video:). November 30, 2015. 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional).

http://thehealingcirclegroup.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 15, 2010. The Healing Circle is a bereavement group for adults who have lost a loved one to cancer. We provide a 6 week group, meeting for 2 hours each week, for those struggling with the loss of a loved one. Once a month members of the group can bring family members to participate in a recreational activity that is separate from the group sessions and will be open to participants to past group members. This is the only cost that we ask our members to contribute. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
