Sunday, April 8, 2012. We hosted our forth annual Easter Eggstravaganza yesterday with our close friends. We had a blast as the kids ran around the back yard hunting for eggs. I know I say this every year, but it still is so crazy to me how much bigger they get each year! This year was no exception. We have submitted ourselves for consideration, as have many other families, I 'm sure. Tuesday, December 20, 2011. On Saturday morning, December 17th, at 4:45am, our beautiful niece, June Avery Johnson was welcomed in to this world! She weighed in at 8lbs. 3oz. (just one ounce shy of her big cousin, Isaac), and was 20 inches long. Jessica had the honor of being able to witness the whole miracle. Our home study has been approved, and as of tomorrow, we'll be an "open home," meaning we can start accepting placement calls for kiddos beginning TOMORROW! It seems like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital, and now he's headed to school with me next year! Sunday, April 24, 2011. As usual, Easter was a busy season for us again this year. We had Isaac's Easter party and egg hunt at daycare, then we had our third annual hunt at our house this year.
