Kruger Chronicles: March 2015
http://littlekruger.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 2, 2015. February was a month of snowflakes, sledding, Valentines and house projects. February started off with the first snowfall of the year. We haven't had much snow at all this winter so the kids were excited to get outside and try to catch the flakes as they fell. Ellie still calls the nursery her room even though she's been sharing a room with Zach for months now. Except for this chair and a crib mattress, the nursery is currently empty, but she still claims it as her own. Oh but it i...
Kruger Chronicles: December 2014
http://littlekruger.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 2, 2014. If you're wondering what we've been up to lately. It's been a whole lot of this. It never gets old. And when they've had enough of doing flips and flying leaps and somersaults in the leaves for the day, this is what happens. Oh man. The giggles. They love throwing things at me. I don't know if I should encourage this behavior. My solution is to tackle them and throw them back in the pile of leaves and follow it up with some tickling. Tuesday, December 02, 2014.
Kruger Chronicles: September 2014
http://littlekruger.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Cider Hill Orchard {2014}. Last fall we learned about an apple orchard much closer to home than the one we'd visited in past and we went and we had a great time and the kids never, ever wanted to leave. They told me to bring back their sleeping bags so they could sleep under the apple trees. And they were being serious. Ellie loved it, too. They ate so many apples I don't even know how many. Always with an apple in her hand. Or in her mouth. The trees were just loaded with ap...

Kruger Chronicles: Destination: Destin
http://littlekruger.blogspot.com/2015/08/destination-destin.html
Tuesday, August 4, 2015. We drove from Arkansas to Destin, arriving after midnight on our first night. The kids stayed awake the entire time. Why we don't have normal children who fall asleep in the car I do not know. We threw them into bed, let them sleep as late as they wanted in the morning and then headed to the beach. I didn't get many photos of Zach at the beach. He was always on the move. He was trying to catch a minnow here. He actually caught one once. The sunset that first night was quite possi...
Kruger Chronicles: January 2015
http://littlekruger.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 16, 2015. Christmas, Round 1. We spent the weekend before Christmas at my parents' house. She was a happy girl once we were there. Aunty Pam, Uncle Nick, Rex and Julie were all there. Anna spent a lot of time reading to her cousins. Christy, Taylor and baby Elliot were there, too. The kids had so much fun playing with each other and sitting on soon-to-be uncles. The cute couple. Their wedding date is July 18. Nick, Pam, Rex (3 years) and Julie (19 months). Especially this summer when ther...
Kruger Chronicles: Dear Anna {Eight}
http://littlekruger.blogspot.com/2015/05/dear-anna-eight.html
Sunday, May 31, 2015. Age eight to me has never sounded that much older than age seven. Nine sounds different maybe because it is so close to ten and ten is double digits so that definitely seems much older, but seven and eight really don't. At least not to me. You are a loyal friend who sees the best in everyone and is quick to forgive. Friends who haven't treated you that way never changed that. I pray they never will. I love that girl. I'm so glad she's my daughter. Happy birthday, Sweet Pea. Dave and...

Kruger Chronicles: November 2014
http://littlekruger.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 19, 2014. Both Anna and Zach played fall soccer this season. We are fortunate to have a state of the art facility four minutes from our house and a fantastic recreational soccer program for children beginning the year before kindergarten. I love seeing my kids run around in the sunshine getting some great exercise and having fun with their friends. Zach has loved every second of playing soccer, too. He's not exactly serious and focused, but he has a ton of fun and isn't half bad.

Saturday, October 13, 2012. Every October the church puts on a conference for all the LDS military chaplains and their spouses. We always have such a great time and I love having the support of the other spouses. Their advice and insight has been so valuable to me over these past 5 years and especially now that we're active duty. I feel so honered to get to rub shoulders with them and look forward to seeing them every year. Friday, October 5, 2012. Living Room and Kitchen. Playroom and Boys Bedroom.
