Monday, February 21, 2011. On Saturday we held Taylor's Eagle Court of Honor. We had a busy few weeks preparing for it. (And, boy, has the inside of my house suffered because of it.). Joe wrote the program and prepared a PowerPoint presentation and pretty much organized everything. I took care of the food (chocolate fountain other goodies) and made two slideshow presentations: a short 4-minute one for the actual ceremony and a longer one for the reception we held afterwards. And, so . it's official .

Friday, June 01, 2012. Today Sawyer graduated from preschool. I did not. cry. But will someone tell him he needs to stop growing up? It was a bittersweet day today. Sawyer graduated from preschool. The same preschool all of my children attended and graduated from. When I pulled out the cap and gown last night, I noticed the inscription inside of the hat read that Taylor graduated on Friday, June 1, 2001,. I will only have children in. Schools next year, instead of four. I finally graduated from preschool!

Will they like it? Will they use it? I'd be mortified if a gift I made someone fell apart during laundering. Tuesday, August 19, 2014. Who knew a dollhouse renovation could be so overwhelming? We decided to do a quick spruce up to the window boxes after painting the shutters. The interior has just too many decisions to be made! Gina and I stripped the wallpaper and sanded any rough spots. We are now trying to decide which room to start on first. This has turned into quite the undertaking. I LOVE every memory being made, but sheesh who would have thought there would be so many decisions to be made?

Surviving two breast cancers in 5 years in my late 20s and early 30s. Sunday, May 3, 2009. If everything goes well, Qays will be discharged from the NICU later this afternoon, to reduce the risk of infection. And he's stable, although the PDA is still there, after 4 days of Indomethicin.
