There was very little time to post anything since we were in the process of BUYING A HOUSE! 160;We took the leap and couldn't be happier in our new digs. Two Louis (Pronounced Lou eee). Wednesday, December 31, 2008. I enjoyed a month of occasional exercise. And I know no one really believes me when I say it, but it's true. I think that in all of December I ran 6 times, and that includes the two times this week. I bike commuted on Monday. When I got on the bike to go home my butt hurt. Keep in mind my commute in the morning was only 30 min. I don’t think so, but only time will tell. Chad and I tried very hard, and did a pretty good job of eating ...So now,...

Two Louis (Pronounced Lou eee). Friday, January 2, 2009. Chad wins the household hard core athlete award for riding outside on New Year's Day. The temps were in the low 30s, feels like mid-20s. I took the day off. From exercise. Somehow I managed to eat and drink a record amount of chocolate.
