St Andrews Pipe Band of Cheltenham. The St Andrews Pipe Band of Cheltenham was formed in 1983 with the primary objective of bringing together like-minded. Pipers and drummers to play in a pipe band. The Band is dedicated to the preservation of the traditional Scottish skills of piping and drumming in and around CHELTENHAM and GLOUCESTERSHIRE. The whole Band may be booked for carnivals, fetes, parades, weddings, and surprise parties. Applications from all experienced pipers and drummers are always welcome.
