:: The Everyday Mum ::: Impossible Pie? Hardly.
http://theeverydaymum.blogspot.com/2012/02/impossible-pie-hardly.html
Saturday, February 25, 2012. 1/3 cup plain flour. 1 1/2 cups milk. 1 cup grated cheese. 1/2 420g corn kernels. Parsley, salt and pepper. Whisk flour and milk in bow, l then add all remaining ingredients. Grease a shallow quiche dish, pour in mixture, and cook on 150 degrees celsius for about an hour, or until brown on top and set in the middle. I liked it hot, but David preferred it cold the next day. Either way, it was delicious! Posted by The Everyday Mum. April 24, 2012 at 7:28 AM. The Story of Bee.

:: The Everyday Mum ::: September 2011
http://theeverydaymum.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 1, 2011. So when you find that other end of your silvery soul ribbon and you've tied them back together, what do do you do when they come undone? Do you leave them, and let those two souls float apart, never to be reunited? Or do you go to the ends of the earth to find that other wispy, lonely ribbon, and tie them back together again? What would life be like if you left it? That you'll never find it. Would life be the same? Could you feel whole? Maybe this lifetime, maybe not? Winter-...

:: The Everyday Mum ::: A year ago...
http://theeverydaymum.blogspot.com/2012/03/year-ago.html
Sunday, March 25, 2012. This time exactly one year ago, I was cruising at about 40,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean on my way to the USA. My mind and my pulse both racing as if in competition with each other. What on earth was I doing? Had I gone insane, and just didn't realise it? I felt him before I saw him. His arms grabbed me and practically squeezed the life out of me! I was too busy answering a text message, and didn't see him coming. Scared me witless! Cruisin' the bayou, Louisiana. I'm an everyda...

http://theeverydaymum.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 30, 2011. I'm right where I'm meant to be. It might not be perfect. It might not be ideal. But it's exactly where I am supposed to be. And I am ever so grateful. I was given the opportunity to seal my own fate and forge my own path. So I did. No second guessing, no listening to doubters, no worry for the 'what ifs'. I listened to my gut, trusted that it was right, and let my intuition guide me. If there is such a thing as a 'miracle of love', then I'm in the middle of it. I have three beautif...

:: The Everyday Mum ::: Rainy day recipes
http://theeverydaymum.blogspot.com/2012/06/rainy-day-recipes.html
Monday, June 11, 2012. I can't believe its been this long since I was here last. Life certainly has kept me on the fly! It's a rainy and cold June day today, and as usual in this kind of weather, I have the cooking bug. I've made the simplest Lemon Curd, an easy peasy Tuna Dip, and I'm going to try my hand later at Jalapeno Cornbread - just to appease the hungry Cajun in my home! I cannot wait until this Lemon Curd has cooled down and I can spread it on toast for afternoon tea! Here's the recipe -. I'm a...

Tuesday, November 22, 2011. The Fire of Friendship by Paulo Coelho. Ali won the wager, got the money, and went to his friend’s house. ‘You said you wanted some sort of payment in return.’ Aydi said, ‘Yes, but it isn’t money. Promise that if ever a cold wind blows through my life, you will light the fire of friendship for me.’”. Posted by The Everyday Mum. Links to this post. Saturday, November 12, 2011. Saturday, July 30, 2011. Ever feel like this? A little bit of crazy is good for you. It's so liberating! Posted by The Everyday Mum. Links to this post. Friday, July 29, 2011. Is it holy water? Has it been blessed by the Pope? Or is it tinged with gold? It must be, because water now costs more than land. I'm sure I'm not the only one in my city to cry when they received their latest water bill, and I'm sure I'm not the only who, quite simply, cannot afford to pay it. So what is the answer? Well, I'm goin...

Sunday, May 10, 2009. I can think of no greater gift in life than being a mother, having the privilege of watching these two precious souls unfold, and no way I would rather spend the day than I did today.cuddling, chatting and walking in the bush with my two beautiful daughters (and hubby of course). PS A sign of the times - daughter number 1 wearing Mummy's new hat, daughter number 2 wearing Mummy's drop earings! Melissa Ellen, Honeybee Toys. Links to this post. Saturday, May 09, 2009.
