Tuesday, March 8, 2011. So I just started a new cross stitch or I guess I started 3 weeks ago. This thing is massive over 200,000 stitches and the pattern is 30 pages long. I figure I'll throw it up here to track my progress and keep track of how long it takes me. Hopefully it's only a year but if I don't pick up my pace it'll be closer to two. 8-. The material is evenweave size 25 over one which is tiny little squares but creates amazing detail. This is what it will look like when it's done.

Generally speaking the sandwich is construct in the following manner:. 2 slices whole wheat/natural grains/ brown dry bread. 3-4 slices of kick ass turkey sometimes ham. 1 slice of sharp cheddar. Why didn't think of this before?
