Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 1/2 onion, chopped. 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced. 1tsp spanish saffron (optional). 1tbsp red pepper flakes. 1 bag Spanish style / saffron rice (I used Viggo and it worked great).
