Light, love and laughter. Nation reps have long lists of issues but little resources, so who cares? One would take for granted that modern Swiss homes these days would come fitted with an area for a washing machine and dryer. Not so. When I first arrived here and was temporarily accomodated near the office, I was shocked to be informed that my weekly laundry hours were from 4 to 8pm on Wednesdays and facilities were located in the cold and dark basement! Shock horror, indeed! Looking back with gratitude.
