Monday, December 8, 2008. Yes, it was a week and a half ago but it was great. There is just something about family and those you love being under one roof. eating, conversating, planning the big deals you are hoping to get the next day that makes you feel all warm and cozy inside. Speaking of Black Friday. anyone get out and fight the crowds? Yes, at least 6 people are crazier than I am. :) I bought L. A pretend kitchen for $30 off! Then I dashed to the checkout and left. I'm ready to get healthy!

Sunday, June 28, 2009. Wow, so much has happened since I last blogged. oops. :) Well, here goes the news. The biggest thing that has happened since February: I applied to Lee University and was accepted. yay! At 26 years old I will be going back to school. I am nervous but very thrilled to start. Pray I do well. I am majoring in Psychology. Turned 4 in May(23rd). H. Turned 6 in June (11th). They both had their check-ups and are both 85-90% in both height and weight on the pediatric charts! Wednesday, December 31, 2008. It's New Year's Eve. 2008 seems to have gone by so fast. We are all battling a cold right now but poor K and L got the worst of it, both have a stuffy nose and cough. The rest of us just have one or the other. We will all recover though and I am thankful it isn't worse. So there is a story for you today, maybe not a good one, but a story nonetheless. Thursday, November 20, 2008. 2 Years Ago (November 21, 2006). Officially at 9:44am eastern time Ella was born and around 9 pm she passed away. It's hard to believe she would be 2 years old today. We will celebrate her life and not be sad that she is not with us, but happy that she is with our Lord and Savior. I am so thankful, especially this season, that she is not hurting but is completely healed. I thank God for helping our family through these past years of emotional ups and downs. My culinary journey shared with all… let's get cooking! 1, 12 oz bottle of hot pepper sauce of choice. 1 stick of butter. 3-4 dashes of worcestershire sauce. 1 heaping cup of bleu cheese, I like a mild gorgonzola. Make your dip by mixing the mayo and sour cream in a bowl. Add the bleu cheese. Add your worcestershire and season with a little pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Preheat your oven to 325.
