A really long while, and to be honest the thing that bothers me the most about not blogging is that I've got about a thousand chicken pictures backed up that I'm longing to showcase. I know, it's sad. Several months of not blogging and the only thing I care about is showing you chicken pictures. My gosh somebody slap me. Status I am out a computer for a while and am borrowing Helmut's.

Monday, April 14, 2014. 5 Pitfalls of the Eat Clean Diet. We began our own version of the Eat Clean diet about 5 years ago. I was trying to figure out what was causing me to get frequent headaches and after much reading decided there was a good chance they were connected to something I was eating, specifically processed food additives and chemicals. I should clarify my definition of eating clean:. No processed food, or food with ingredients that are not whole foods. Mostly organic food where available.

Friday, May 30, 2014. Today a friend came over and we had a big freezer cook day. We ended up with about 39 dinners and did it all in about 6 hours. Our menu included:. 2 zippy pork chop dinners. 2 pork kabob dinners. 2 apple bbq pork loins. 2 Mongolian beef dinners. 2 chicken souvlaki dinners. 2 teriyaki chicken dinners. 2 chicken noodle soups. 2 potato puff casseroles. 25 slices of pumpkin French toast. 2 salsa chicken dinners. Sunday, August 28, 2011. A Wonderful Day of Play. This is Hudson saying he doesn't want to smile for a picture. : ). All of these grassy pics were taken beside the town of Mendecino, in northern California. This grassy area was surrounded by water on every side but one and much of it dropped off to the water rather suddenly so we had to find safe trails for the boys to run in and guard their routes! Wednesday, February 17, 2010. My birthday was two weeks ago, and since I think I've learned as much as the little 3 mega pixel camera in my iphone. Can teach me, I asked Helmut. To get me a real camera as my birthday gift. He did as promised and allowed me to have my pick. The first one I got was a Fuji 10 mega pixel point and click digital camera. Saturday, September 27, 2014. A Hike in the Mountains. We headed out on Hidden Trail towards Troll Falls. These 2 are peas in a pod. I am very grateful for their friendship and that they are in the same class. Finally the trees broke and the clouds lifted for the kids to actually see the mountains.
