http://motherhoodconfidential.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 14, 2012. Audrey went on her first horse ride today . with her Mama, of course. She was a little scared a second or two after she was placed in front of me. She realized where she was and cried out. But I explained to her that she was on a horse (a HORSE, child! That goes clip clop and neighs and stomps. I must have gotten through to her and reminded her of her love for horses (a recent development), as she became pretty pleased and stayed on for the whole ride. Yay! Telling her to turn :P.

Audrey's Adventures: 2/1/13 - 3/1/13
http://motherhoodconfidential.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 21, 2013. Audrey just came up to me and said:. Mama, A-bei say xie xie on bus.". She always hears everyone say xie xie (thank you) on the bus, so she's learned that word, BUT she only says it on the bus. The other day a lady gave her a candy, and I asked her to say "xie xie," to which she said, "No, on bus.". One thing she does understand:. A-bei wa (one) year old. A-bei two, hab (have) tititole (tricycle).". Thailand, Part 2. And the food is good! We couldn't keep her in the room.

http://motherhoodconfidential.blogspot.com/2013/02/thailand-part-2.html
Thursday, February 21, 2013. Thailand, Part 2. This post will be just pictures, with a few "stories" here and there. There would have been much more to write about, as Sam and I really enjoyed our time there (even though Audrey did get sick). It's just been a while, and I will have to sit and recall exactly how I wanted to say things, which will end up sounding funny, imo. And the food is good! On a walk. She woke up with a fever on this morning, but. We couldn't keep her in the room. Ellie (which is wha...

https://wsmember.wordpress.com/2010/10/31/halloween
October 31, 2010. Posted by wsmember in Daily Life. The other day, Jane kindly reminded me that Hallowe’en was coming up and that I should post something “to scare all my readers.” Unfortunately, I’ve been too busy at work and play the last couple of days to come up with something suitable–not to mention that my readers are bright savvy people who don’t typically scare easily. Would always go trick-or-treating! 1 Jane - November 1, 2010. For bonus points, hold a toad while listening. How dare you edit my...

Facebook is the Beast! | Not in Zimbabwe
https://wsmember.wordpress.com/2010/11/17/facebook-is-the-beast
Facebook is the Beast! November 17, 2010. Posted by wsmember in Daily Life. In the past months, most WS members have gotten FB accounts. I didn’t, partly because The Girlfriend had one and would keep me up to date on people’s latest news, and mostly because I couldn’t be bothered. In the end, I was probably one of the very last WS members under 40 to not have a FB account (in fact, one of the last in general, heh). November 18, 2010. We hunger for them ha! 2 Joykie - November 18, 2010. November 19, 2010.

Saturday, April 28, 2012. The other evening I was over at my family's place. Valeria was getting ready for bed. For that week, tradition was that after she got ready for bed, she would put on her princess "jewelry" and be a princess. Yook, auntie Soni! I'm a princess.". Yes, a very pretty princess.". I put on my princess shoes.". They are very nice! The conversation went a bit like that. I always a princess! It looks like she's giving a reasonable and generous. Speech to her court. Oh, and look at that!
