No where to be, nothing to get done, no stressful schedules. Ahh, bliss! We kept ourselves happily busy washing the car. Which led to playing in the water and eventually mud. While there, we had to go out and explore some of the things in the DC area that we hadn't had time for yet. We got out a lot, saw a lot, and just had a lot of fun. The egg hunt - he's starting to get it, but he gets so distracted by what might be in each egg. While the other kids are amassing their eggs, he has to listen to and open each one before continuing. Voyages of the S.S. Whalen. Sunday, June 28, 2015. Easter this year was spread out over a couple of weeks. First was the consulate Easter party. These two cuties had lots of fun :). Asher was still in the younger kids group and since most of the kids were just toddlers, we had to hold him back a little so that he didn't collect ALL the eggs. Shauna made the trip all by herself with both kids - she was a little nervous, but these guys did a great job in the car for 7 hours! Not a scared bone in his body :).
