The Thirties Diaries

February 2, 2014. First day back at work today for 2014. Nice long holiday, it rocks being a teacher…. if I can stay organized this year. So how do I want this year to look like? Now if I am over or under on a particular day I could compensate for that the next day. If I train over 1 hour I could take time off the next day. Same with food, if I am over one day I will take a meal off the following day. The last time I lost a lot of weight I was weighing myself daily, so I will be doing this also.
