Now the Andaz Maui. the most polished hotel we have stayed at. It's contemporary style is in line with the Andaz concept- open air lounge, modular furniture in natural textiles. But the true draw of this place was the impeccable service from staff who seemed truly happy that we were there. How do they do that? We asked around a bit and learned that they try to treat guests as "Ohana", as family. Although this place just opened in September 2013, they've mastered the art of hospitality!
