I have to be personable enough to get a time constrained CEO (or vp) to talk about his fishing trip, or Daughters Birthday Party. While i Handle what he needs to get done. I'm good, I'm really good at it. The things I do, for work are crazy. I have to be creative, I present proposals, sometimes they get approved. often they don't. I love it though.
