Getting through a few days without a cigarette is something I have done before, but getting through nights out with friends without smoking is a small success for me. And I have done it THREE times already in the course of my ten day cessation. I hear it takes 28 days to really break a habit. Dec 5th is that day for me. November 18, 2010 at 2:39 am. You can do it!
