Tuesday, April 14, 2009. We had a great Easter weekend. On Saturday we went to Turner's 2 nd. Birthday party and egg hunt. Afterwards, we met up with Aunt Hilary for a late lunch and then saw Uncle Glenn a little later on. Sunday the Easter Bunny came to visit and left crayons, bubbles and eggs. We went to church and then had family lunch at my parents house. The kids had a great afternoon of hunting eggs and playing catch and hide and seek in the backyard. Well, last Friday (March 26) was Purple Day! This was a VERY important day to me because Purple Day is also known as Epilepsy Awareness Day! Then it was onto church Easter Sunday. Here is Papa and Turner flowering the Cross on Easter Sunday. A tradition at our church. I can remember doing this every Easter growing up.
