Tuesday, September 27, 2011. First day of School. It is that time of year again - crunchy leaves, cool nights and rainy days. Its seems like our summer weather really just got going in Sept. The girls were roasting on the bus and at recess. They came home and went swimming and ate popcicles. Bergen was off to 4th grade - how is that possible? Monday, September 26, 2011. Another highlight for the summer was spending 40 hours of constant fun with Kylie! Caves, tramps and loves. Dates with the Jorgies.

Just another WordPress.com site. April 13, 2013. 1 Live and work abroad in a new place for at least 1 year. I up and moved to China on a whim and taught English for 1 year in Beijing from July of ’11-July ’12. It was one heck of a ride full of numerous ups and downs, but in the end, it was amazing and I grew as a person and a teacher. 2 Backpack somewhere for several months. During my journey I went to Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Indonesia (Jakarta).
