The nice part is you can make this in 10 minutes (Ok more like 5), and you can experiment with different salsas to see which you like better :). 1/4 cup of butter. 1 cup of chicken broth. 1 1/2 cup cheese. 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa or rotel.
