Went off Lo Loestrin Fe for a few days. So I did something extremely dumb and now Im not sure where to go from here. Ive missed 4 pills now, the last one I took was on Monday. My body started reacting instantly with cramps, diarrhea, and bleeding. If I find the pack within the next few days, should I just start taking it again? I got a copper IUD about a month and a half ago now (and am pretty much in love) and have noticed a few things about my second ParaGard period- symptoms that may ease up in a few months or might stick around for a bit longer. I've got two concerns:. I don't necessarily want a stimulant to keep me perky, but anything that'll lessen the physical wear and tear my body during this time and keep me from being a half-conscious zombie would be greatly appreciated! Question about age spots - Alternative Skin Care. Question about age spots. Apr 18th, 2013 04:47 pm. I'm 29 with pretty fair skin that will initially burn then tan when exposed to sun I've almost always used SPF when out in the sun but regardless I am nw seeing a few age spots, mostly on my cheeks and a bit on my forehead. Not super noticeable but nevertheless makes my skin look uneven and bleh. Any tips? Posted via LiveJournal app for iPad.

I have a question about yin and yang balance that i can't seem to find information about. i hope this isn't a problem asking here. This must affect my body's ability to balance itself. i feel that i show lots of signs of being terribly yin. i'm quiet, passive, tired all of the time, and i don't even feel like socializing. i have no fire to me. it's difficult to get out of bed. i'm almost consistently anemic despite taking iron supplements. I am considering the morning after pill, but I'm scared as I don't really take medicine or anything. I'm not sure if I'm nervous or over-reacting, but I am in no position to get pregnant at this point in my life. Thanks ahead of time for any insight. Edit: Also, if I do decide to take the morning after pill (I already have one being held at my local pharmacy to pick up tomorrow). are there any herbs that should help be afterward to stabilize my hormones? I assume my body in extreme detox mode?
