Life with the Westphals. Thursday, January 22, 2009. Yesterday we went in for our ultrasound and found out we are adding a little girl to our family. Kaden was with us when we found out and couldn't be more excited. When the technician said it was a girl Kaden's remark was "YES! He's pretty excited to be a big brother. Back in December, I lost 30 lbs. and wanted to do something to make sure I KEPT it off! There is ALWAYS something to be "happee" about! Monday, April 5, 2010. Last day of Spring Break. Tomorrow the kids go back to school after a LONG spring break (they ONLY got THREE days off! Somy mom and sister and I had planned on taking the kids all to the zoo, but the weather down here has been very UN-SPRINGISH! In fact, it rained most of the day, then we got some hail, and now as I type this it's SNOWING OUTSIDE! My dad says there's THREE INCHES out there! I'll have to take pictures in the morning!

We were able to stay at this cute little house in town, and we had a great time doing WHATEVER WE WANTED!
