Sunday, July 14, 2013. Trip to D.C. and Niagara Falls. We had to double time it from Nebraska but we got to DC on schedule. DC has some lovely sidewalk gardens situated between some buildings. We took in some of the fantastic museums. A view of the capitol dome from the botanical gardens. Doug and Uncle Edgar. Learning about the water cycle at Niagara. The Maid of the Mists took us into the mists. The camera could not go much farther on the board walk that allowed us to feel the power of the falls.

Sunday, May 26, 2013. Some highlights from our April and May (thus far). Yvonne and the girls drove to FL (! And I met up with them a week on. Inside the Gateway Arch. The Ferris wheel at Pensacola Beach. You should try to climb at least 10 trees a year. Blackwater River, FL. Grandmom, Granddad, selected descendants.
