Living with a chronic illness. Lupus is a constellation in the southern sky. It’s also a chronic disease that affects my life everyday. I sleep with the wolf, wake with the wolf, and will die with the wolf. He never leaves…. The photo above was taken on an Indian reservation in South Dakota. I was painting his owners house.
