Initially I thought of running 24kms using a goal pace of around 6mins/km. Started with a good warm up then a good pace of 5min/km. Since I can maintain for a while, I told myself to keep on the pace and see until where I can sustain it. 10kms 13kms. I can still maintain it. Happy smile after the run. I bled for teamTBB.
