Whether it is Swiss chard, or pole beans, or freshly made pesto, or a bowl full of raspberries - it is all wonderful! I have been wanting to make these pickled tomatoes since I found the recipe. So thank you, little tomatoes, for existing for my pickling pleasure! 1 1/2 cups WATER. 1 1/2 cups APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. 1/4 cup KOSHER SALT. A few slivers of ONION. 3-4 CLOVES OF GARLIC.

I want to compost everything. When I see someone throw banana peels or apple cores or eggshells away, I just cringe! Now this will definitely sound weird, but composting makes me happy - there's nothing like turning lawn clippings, the ends of carrots and some orange rinds into rich, moist, nutrient filled soil.

I always forget about this recipe, but whenever my husband suggests it, the deliciousness comes running back into my brain and the answer is YES! We've added a few touches just to give it that extra flavor boost and it seems to have improved it that much more. 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded. 1/2 cup Wing Sauce (we like Frank's Red Hot).
