Devin, Genica, Mason, and Maddon. Sunday, June 15, 2014. This year for Father's Day, Devin wanted to go to the Field Museum (Mason's first trip there) and to Cheesie's for lunch. Mason had a lot of fun at the museum looking at Sue, the mummys, various animals, and making music. Since we became members during that visit we got to see some of the special "extra" exhibits for free too! Scoping out some more dinosaurs. Daddy and Mason jam session. Devin, Genica, Mason, and Maddon. Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Maddon didn't have a doctor's appointment this month, but seems to be about 15 lbs and close to 27 inches long. He loves dinner time! Tuesday, February 17, 2015. This year Grandma Monica turned 60! To celebrate, we planned a surprise party at Two Brothers Roundhouse. We told her that we were going to a brunch there that we were given free passes to. When she arrived, we surprised her with the party! The best picture we have of her arrival!

Devin, Genica, Mason, and Maddon. Monday, May 11, 2015. This was my first year as a mother of two silly boys and it's been a joy! They are so funny and sweet with each other. I'm amazed! We are very blessed to have these two and I'm so proud to be called their mommy. They certainly keep us busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way! Devin, Genica, Mason, and Maddon. Sunday, March 30, 2014. This year Mason kept telling us that he didn't need to go see the Easter Bunny. His response every time I asked was simply "No, I'm good." That was until we went to the mall for an unrelated matter (hence his informal outfit) and he saw the bunny. Luckily there was no line so we made a visit before he changed his mind again! It is very obvious here that he belongs to Devin! Thursday, March 27, 2014. We have an announcement to make. At 10 1/2 weeks.

Devin, Genica, Mason, and Maddon. Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Today was Mason's last day of preschool and all of the kids' families were invited for a "step up" ceremony. The kids all (except Mason) did a little performance of their favorite songs from the year. Then, after reading a favorite story, each child was invited to come up and receive their certificate. Overall it was a cute day which provided further reassurance that my child has acquired some of my personality! A couple attempts at a class photo.
