Today I ate a lot of cake. Phone pictures because I'm lazy and don't deserve to own a camera. Strawberry guava, passion fruit and chocolate at ganache. Strawberry-guava bavaroise, vanilla-rhubarb compote, strawberry madeleine biscuit, lychees. Passionfruit cream, mango-papaya gelée, Ghana milk chocolate mousse, flourless cocoa sponge. Pineapple cheesecake at trees organic coffee and roasting house. Chocolate trio and black forest at thierry. White, milk and dark chocolate mousse and chocolate sponge.
