Torstai 31. maaliskuuta 2016. Olin muistaakseni vuonna 2011 Budapestissa Rammstein -keikkamatkalla. Ostin kauppahallista kastanjahunajaa. Kotona maistoin. Aistimaailma poksahteli: en voinu uskoa, että hunajassa voi olla niin syvät ja tuomenkukkamaiset aromit, silkkimäinen suutuntuma ja jysäyttävä kesäassosiaatio! Valaistuin. Hunajilla on luonteet!
