This and That From A Packrat. February 7, 2016. Well this is not really the latest one, it is the on going one. But i really need to get it done, because I have projects that have to get done. I found a pile of stuff that I was going to embroider, and I guess there is no time like the present to get to that as well. Have to wait till it gets a bit warmer out. But then I will finish all those projects and then the only thing left will be to figure out what I am going to do with all those things.

Have spent 2 days shredding papers that we no longer need or want. Emptied a whole file cabinet. Heaven knows how much there will be to shred when we clean the last attic. This and That From A Packrat. July 31, 2015. Summer has finally arrived! It is nice and warm out, hit 93 this afternoon, it is breezy, but I so love the heat! Wish I could soak it up for when winter comes. Had not been a lot of rain though, so I have been watering the gardens. Just found a couple more out in the shed, I think everything is out now.No, I think I am missing the welcome cat. Have to find that, I think it is on the mending table, I think a foot fell off. Sunday, June 3, 2012. This shirt is a size xxl and I really like the fabric.It is a part cotton jersy with some latex and that makes it nice and stretchy. It looks blue in the pictures-but it is really a soft grey.This pattern called for the back to be larger than the front. I have not decided what I think -maybe it would come in handy if someone had an ample bum- to help cover it up? Saturday, June 30, 2012. New chemo cap that I took to the Cancer Center on Weds. I even got brave and embroidered the little flower on that front tab. How I love that Janome! It really puts up with me and all I ask it for. They brought their bed and an air mattress and a wheelchair and a portable pottie and two kinds of oxygen and they put the Catheter (sp? In It was kind of overwhelming , but the young nurse was an angel. The next morning another worker came and checked on us . What a total nice shock.
