This Sabra Tzatziki Dip Sucks! November 20, 2009, 5:40 pm. Sabra Fresh Tzatziki Dip. Might want to cut the word ‘fresh’ out of the name. As far as I know, tzatziki sauce should have fresh cucumbers; but Sabra’s. Version contains dark pieces of cucumbers that are a bit mushy with a touch of relish taste often associated with pickles. Contains sautéed cucumbers. Who would sauté a cucumber? In all my culinary adventures, I have never heard of such preparation for this vegetable. Overall, Sabra Tzatziki Dip.
