Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Mailman or gmail I'm still waiting! Saying Good by at the MTC. Wednesday is here again! I like Wednesdays. Actually for the last 3 weeks, I love Wednesdays. Wednesday is my missionary sons P-day or preparation day. So that's the day he gets to write home. Every week I sit here waiting for the alarm on my phone and/or iPad to go off saying I have a new email. I get so stinkin excited! Saying Hello after 2 long years. It takes me back,. That's when I yelled," YOU ARE MY MAILMAN!

It was a little crazy after Christmas, lots of family in town and a lot going on, but we loved it. And the wedding was great, of course. Sonia was beautiful and they both looked so happy! We took the boys to Thanksgiving Point and they loved the dinosaur museum! Russell hated staying in the stroller, so we let him walk around a few times, but man, that kid can run! He takes off any chance he gets, and it's such a pain to chase him down -when he inevitably gets into trouble. But he's learning and getting better about holding a hand sometimes.

Happy Birthday to the One Who Made Me a Mom! 18 years ago today, on a day just like this one when we had a huge snow storm, a perfect, very skinny and very long baby boy changed my life forever! He surprised us by coming 4 1/2 or 5 weeks early, 2 days before my first baby shower. We had nothing. Even early, he weighed 7lbs and was 21 inches long. He taught me unconditional love! It was fun, but we were expecting it to be bigger, have a little more to do. Maybe it's better when their changing exhibit is better. It was just local artwork, or something.
