Then we carved the pumpkin that Madelyn picked out at the pumpkin patch. We spent a little time getting face paint on and gathering up all our warm clothes, then headed out the door for our fun night. The latest news of what our family has been up to. Sunday, November 1, 2009. Halloween was a busy day. We made some little cakes to bring to a Halloween party. Then we carved the pumpkin that Madelyn picked out at the pumpkin patch. We spent a little time getting face paint on and gathering up all our warm clothes, then headed out the door for our fun night. When we got home we found to our dismay that the green make-up wouldn't come completely off! A green face for picture day!

It seems like we're always going somewhere or doing something, and when we're home those pesky tasks like cooking and cleaning always hinder the amount of time I spend on the computer. I hadn't posted for such a long time because I was having issues with posting pictures on the blog, which-hopefully-I have now resolved. One of Gracie's highlights was the "Father Daughter Ball" at school which is a great excused to get prettied-up. Her and her friend Jenna even had their nails done!
