I was using a program on the iPhone called lose it, but decided I loved weight watchers in the past and had great success. I had never used weight watchers online, and I am finding it to be a great investment, and I only signed up yesterday! I got back into the old habits of eating one meal instead of eating regularly, and I gave in to chocolate cake. I couldn't help it!
