This is a Depression Blog. My world of dysthymia, double depression, anxiety, and other such afflictions. The physicality of depression and anxiety. I think that some people don’t fully understand how mind can affect body, especially in the case of mental illness. Even I underestimate how the effects of mental illness manifest in my body. I’m good at ignoring and neglecting my body. Which isn’t good! Changes in sleep patterns. Changes in appetite or diet. Rather than what my mind. Kudos to them, I suppose.

Posts under “My life” are quite literally about my life. Many of the posts will involve stories about my childhood, personal life, complaints, etc. 8220;Uncategorized” posts fit into neither of the above categories, or show that I was too lazy/forgetful to put a post into a category. This Is A Digression. July 3, 2015. At the ripe old age of 21 myself and a couple of friends from high school braved our first party holiday together in Ibiza. It’s fair to say that a lot of alcohol was consumed. Nonetheless, I bundled my camera into my miniature Ryanair hand luggage and made the most of my first visit to Spain.
